This invention provides a method for the expression of exogenous DNA libraries in filamentous fungi.The fungi are capable of processing eukaryotic genes contain introns, and may also result in post-translational processing steps, such as glycosylation and folding of proteins.The invention provides the use of fungi with altered morphology, which allows the screening of high production and molecular evolution oriented protein expressed.The same fungus transformed can be used (as illustrated in Figure 1) to produce larger quantities of protein for isolation, characterization, and testing applications.And can be suitable for the industrial production of the protein, too.
