AN ANTIBODY TO HUMAN TISSUE FACTOR AND EXPERIMENTAL ANIMALS HAVING INSERTED CELLS WITH THE GENE ENCODING HUMAN TISSUE FACTOR

An animal which has been kept in the state of the sustained acceleration of blood coagulation by continuously feeding thereto human tissue factor by transplanting cells having human tissue factor gene transferred thereinto (for example, tumor cells) to an experimental animal such as a mouse and proliferating therein. This model animal is useful in, for example, search and development of remedies for diseases associated with the sustained acceleration of blood coagulation. Preventives or remedies for diseases associated with the sustained acceleration of blood coagulation, the state with the acceleration of blood coagulation caused by infection, venous thrombosis, arterial thrombosis and diseases caused by vascular medial thickening which contain as the active ingredient an antibody against human tissue factor (human TF).
