To obtain a laminated photocatalyst pulp PAper having an antibacterial effect, a decomposition effect on offensive odor and an oxidative decomposition effect on toxic substances, widely useful for filters, PAckaging materials, construction materials, or the like, and effective in using for atmospheric treatment, water treatment, soil treatment and caPAble of increasing the photocatalytic effect of titanium oxide itself. SOLUTION: The laminated photocatalyst pulp PAper comprises a photocatalyst composition comprising 5-60 wt.% of titanium oxide compounded with 40-95 wt.% of pulp and/or PAper having =3 wt.% water content, 5-300 &mu m of an average fiber diameter and 0.1-70 mm of an average fiber length, laminated with waste PAper pulp, and a PAper string comprising the pulp PAper is produced.
