The apparatus for treatment of medical conditions, such as repetitive strain injury, comprises a mobile support frame (2), with which a hand grip (6) is connected. The apparatus incorporates at least one support component (3) pivotably coupled with the support frame. The support frame rests on the floor. The apparatus has securing devices for fixing the mutual position of the support frame and the support component. The hand grip is flexibly connected with the support frame, the flexible connection being a cord or a chain.
