The fire protective door is for an emergency exit (2) and comprises a door panel (3) displaceable from an exit closure position to one where the exit is open and vice versa. The door panel comprises a steel casing (10,12,12'), in which fire-resistant material (11) is placed. This material comprises gas or cell concrete. The casing comprises a steel peripheral frame, in which the concrete is fitted in the form of stacked blocks. The frame is covered on both large sides with steel plates (12,12'), each of which are located at some distance from the concrete. By means of two roller carriages (4) the door panel is suspended on a rail (5) fitted along the upper wall of a wall inlet (1).
