The electronic unit (30) having PCBs is arranged between a cover unit (10) and a base (20). One of the PCB has an IC controller for controlling LCD display (11) and for activating relay, when received time information matches with actual time. The relay having reed contacts is arranged in other PCB along with the transistors and the neon lamp. The power supply to the neon lamp is controlled by the relay. The LCD display is arranged in the cover unit that has function buttons (12) and a circular cover. The neon lamp which is situated under circular semitransparent cover, is dimmed whenever the switch is in OFF state. The base includes one battery compartment.
