The nacelle (2) and the fork (20) allow rapid interventions by helicopter on overhead cables (1) gathered in bundles. The metal nacelle (2), on board which operators and equipment are on board, comprises on its sides (16) fixing hooks (14). The nacelle (2) can be fixed to the overhead cables (1) by means of fixing bars (7) provided with notches (8). The fork (20) comprises gripping ends (22) capable of coming to grip the nacelle (2) under the hooks (14). It is fitted with pyrotechnic bolts (46) enabling the assembly to be dropped onto the ground, in the event of an urgent need to lighten the load on the helicopter.
