This invention introduce openly a cell/sector address code conversion method used in Code Division Multi-address (CDMA) system which uses LA code to make uneven time arrangement for the spectrum expansion multi-address codes. It applied the rearrangement of LA code non-zero element intervals, LA code orthogonal rotating conversion and scrambling conversion, and combined with orthogonal rotating conversion, skipping code conversion, scrambling conversion of basic multi-address codes, to reduce the interference between adjacent cell/sector subscribers to far lower than the low level of current system.
