Single unit, pre-filled, disposable, twist-top irrigation/lavage units are designed to reduce materials waste and enhance treatment and healing outcomes by preventing infections from fluid and equipment contamination and stimulating circulation. The multi-purpose catheters are designed to attach to syringes and irrigator/lavage units to enable access to small areas and tissue tunnels to flush out bacteria and drainage as well as to stimulate circulation for healing promotion. The manual fill irrigation/lavage syringe has the funnel attached to the needle port end of the syringe to offer the practitioner additional options and diversity in the irrigation, aspiration, and lavage regimens. Gravity flow disposable, single units with twist-tops at both ends are designed to enhance gravity flow. Irrigation, lavage, and gravity flow treatments are then enhanced by the design of 'kits' to enhance time management, reduce confusion, frustrations, and fostering paraprofessionals and patient's independent in managing these tedious and potentially messy regimens.
