The robotic handling device consists of a horizontal transfer assembly (5), to which is added a mobile horizontal transfer mechanism, which allows the movement of a vertical transfer mechanism (7), which carries the handling system. The vertical transfer mechanism is designed to extend on either side of the fixed horizontal mechanism, by passing beyond one extremity (53) and/or above it, by using the mobile horizontal mechanism.
