The invention relates to a method for the management of radio-based data connections with individual quality requirements (QoS) between radio-based network devices (RBS, RNT; RBS1, RBS2, RNT1, RNT2, RNT3), taking into account the corresponding quality requirements. The method is used in a data transmission system, comprising at least one radio-based network access device (RBS; RBS1, RBS2) and at least one radio-based user device (RNT; RNT1, RNT2, RNT3), communicating with each other by means of a radio interface (V), whereby said radio interface (V) represents a shared medium, in which each of a number of data terminals (H, W-H), connected to a user terminal device (RNT), can receive each data packet transmitted by means of said radio interface (V), from the at least one radio-based network access device (RBS). According to the invention, an improved management of the resources can be achieved, in particular for a connection transfer (handover), whereby resource requirements and/or resource usage and/or the free resources for the total data stream are determined by one or more parameters, through the radio interface (V), between at least one user terminal device (RNT; RNT1, RNT2, RNT3) and the network access device (RBS; RBS1, RBS2), communicating therewith.
