Reagent, kit and method for the determination of total proteins and globulines such as hemoglobin in biological fluids

A test kit for determining total protein (A) and globulins (B) in a biological fluid, comprising reagents that precipitate (A) and permit visual evaluation of the results of a precipitation reaction, in a solid formulation, apart from usual precipitants, copper sulfate as additional precipitant and at least one polysaccharide (II), is new. An Independent claim is also included for determination of (A), (B) and optionally hemoglobin (Hb) in biological fluid using the new test kit.
