An Independent claim is included for a corresponding apparatus, including the internal combustion engine, a line at the exhaust gas side leading to the greenhouse and containing the first catalyst, in the form of a 3-way catalyst; the second catalyst (oxidation catalyst) and a first air inlet, upstream of the oxidation catalyst and provided with a choke.
