Chalcone derivatives showing anti-platelet aggregation effect pharmaceutical compositions containing the said derivatives and process for preparation thereof

PURPOSE: Provided are novel chalcone derivatives showing anti-thrombosis effect, pharmaceutical compositions containing them and their preparation process. CONSTITUTION: Novel chalcone derivatives, their are represented by the formula(1) and have an anti-thrombosis activity. In the formula(1), R1 is 5-Cl group, and R2 is 4-OH group or 3-OH group. The derivatives are preferably 5-chloro-4,2-dihydroxychalcone and 5-chloro-3,2-dihydroxychalcone.
