PURPOSE: An oil station managing method and system is provided to display electronic commerce information received via the Internet at a part of a user interface screen. CONSTITUTION: If a program is driven(400), an electronic commerce information file received from the Internet server is stored in an electronic commerce information file buffer(410). Whether an electronic commerce information file is stored in the electronic commerce information file buffer is judged every predetermined period(420). In case where a new file does not exist, stand by up to a next period. In case where a new file exists, the new file is deciphered(430), and contents of the deciphered file are recorded in an electronic commerce information output database(440). The file stored in the electronic commerce information output database is deleted from the electronic commerce information file buffer(450). Electronic commerce information stored in the electronic commerce information output database is displayed on a monitor of a client computer(460).
