PURPOSE: Paduk is provided to help a user to comprehend the reason of Um and Yang via a paduk board designed by combining the principles of Um and Yang and oriental five behavior pattern, thus to improve the personal character. CONSTITUTION: According to the structure of a paduk board for improving the personal character of a user by allowing the user to comprehend the reason of Um and Yang and the reason of oriental five behavior pattern, the paduk board is designed according to the rules that eight(quoted from eight signs of divination) points long multiplied by eight points wide is sixty-four, and the sixty-four points multiplied by five(quoted from the oriental five behavior pattern) is three hundred and twenty points. Thus, the total crossing points of horizontal lines and vertical lines is three hundred and sixty-nine, and at this time, the number of black stones is one hundred and eighty-five, and the number of white stones is one hundred and eighty-four.
