PURPOSE: A system and a business model of formation and execution of the fund which is made by the electronic commerce based companies are provided to enable a user to check the formation and the execution of the fund which was made by the electronic commerce. CONSTITUTION: The user connects to the system for the checking of the formation and the execution of the fund(2-2). The user login to the system with the ID and the password(2-3), the system checks the user if the user is registered to use it(2-4). The user will be only able to use the responsibilities which the user has. The user will be able to see the formation and the execution of the fund data file(2-5) and also be able to print out the information(2-6). By the items, the funds are able to be checked and if confirmed(2-8) the system is to be logged out(2-10). If there is any question about the fund, the user is able to ask for any reconfirmation at all time(2-9).
