Pre-drying cooling curing and ultra high humidity device to storage Post-harvest agicultural products with high quality for a long time

PURPOSE: An apparatus is provided to perform pre drying, pre cooling and curing of agricultural products after harvesting them as well as to supply a large amount of moisture to them, thus keeping high quality of the agricultural products for a long time. CONSTITUTION: The apparatus is basically comprised of outer devices including a compressor(10), a first oil separator(20), a first coil(30), a cooling medium saving device(40), and a second oil separator(60), and inner devices including a second coil(50) and a cool moisture supply device(70). The compressor, the first oil separator, the first coil, and the cooling medium saving device are connected in a series, the second coil and a cooler(74) of the cool moisture supply device are connected in parallel and again connected to the compressor through the second oil separator. A water supply pipe(71) of the cool moisture supply device is connected to a tank(75), and the tank is connected with a nozzle pipe(72) so as to inject water from the top side of a filter(73) downward. The filter located under the nozzle pipe is positioned over the cooler for transferring moisture to the cooler, and the moisture cooled by the cooler is stored in the tank again.
