PURPOSE: A heating and cooling converting switch is provided for changing a heat radiating part and a heat absorbing part. CONSTITUTION: A heating and cooling converting switch comprises a solar cell plate(15), a piezoelectric device(14), an electric current switching terminal, an anode connection terminal, a cathode connection terminal, and a capacitor(12). The solar cell plate(15) converts sunlight into electricity. The piezoelectric device(14) receives the electricity from the solar cell plate(15) and divides space into a heat radiating part and a heat absorbing part. The electric current switching terminal switches the electric current of the piezoelectric device(14).
