PURPOSE: A method of manufacturing compositions for inhibiting corrosions influenced by electrochemical and microbiological environment in arranging hot water-pipe line is provided. CONSTITUTION: The novel anti-scaling agent comprises 10-20% of nitrite selected from the group consisting of sodium nitrite, potassium nitrite; 1-20% of phosphonate selected from the group consisting of hydroxyethylidene diphosphoric acid, hydroxy phosphonocarboxylic acid, amino trimethylene diphosphoric acid, phosphonobutane tricarboxylic acid; 1-10% of azole compounds selected from the group consisting of tolytriazole, mercaptobenzothiazole, benzotriazole; 0.2% of isoxazoline compounds made by mixing 5-chloro-2-methyl-4-isoxazoline-3-on and 2-methyl-4-isoxazoline-3-on in a weight ratio 10:1 to 10:5; and a balance of water.
