PURPOSE: A charge/discharge feature modeling method by battery remaining capacities is provided to detect a feature of a battery based on a battery non-loaded voltage and a charge/discharge internal resistance change and estimate a remaining battery capacity. CONSTITUTION: A charge internal resistance and a charge non-loaded voltage are obtained according to a remaining capacity and a charge voltage by remaining capacities which are calculated. The charge internal resistance is calculated based on the difference between a charge current with respect to a first constant current and a charge current with respect to a second constant current, and the difference between a charge voltage with respect to the first constant current and a charge voltage with respect to the second constant current. A discharge internal resistance and a discharge non-loaded voltage are obtained according to the remaining capacity and a discharge voltage by remaining capacities is calculated. The remaining capacity is determined by a capacitor component of a capacitor.
