PURPOSE: Provided are dried croaker mixed with red hot chili pepper paste and ginseng sauce and containing abundant essential nutriments and its preparation method. CONSTITUTION: The dried croaker mixed with red hot chili pepper paste and ginseng sauce is prepared by deskining and deboning croaker and tearing the fish flesh finely; and mixing the fish flesh with red hot chili pepper paste, ginseng sauce and optionally at least one of maltose syrup, sesame oil, garlic, ginger and roasted sesame seeds.
