PURPOSE: A mathematics education service system and method is provided to distribute mathematics questions to a user over the online network or by an offline media, to receive answers on the questions from the user over the online network, and to transmit a score result and a comment to the user. CONSTITUTION: The method comprises steps of a user accessing a web server by executing an exclusive program(S600), the web server authenticating the accessing user(S601), the user requesting the web server to offer mathematics questions, and the web server checking the user data by using a user management database(S602), the web server checking a progress rate, previously offered questions, and assessment data, then extracting questions from an education materials management database, and editing the extracted questions by considering a user level(S603), the web server transmitting the edited questions to the user(S604), the web server storing the transmitted questions at the user management database(S605), the customer receiving the questions over the network or by an offline service media, the customer solving the questions and transmitting the answers to the web server over the network, the web server scoring the answers and transmitting the score and comments to the customer, the customer requesting label data on a mathematical theory if the customer can not understand a question, and the customer receiving the requested label data.
