PURPOSE: Provided is a preparation method of Aralia elata tea by using roots and leaves of Aralia elata. Therefore, the Aralia elata tea is provided as a functional food product to improve one's health. CONSTITUTION: The Aralia elata tea is manufactured by i) extracting Aralia elata roots with spirit the concentrating the extract; adding purified glucose to the concentrate; and granulating it; or ii) adding Lentinus edodes, brown rice powder, citric acid, and aspartame to powdery roots and leaves of Aralia elata.
