PURPOSE: A composition containing a mixed powder of a pyroligneous acid solution, Rehmanniae radix, dextrin, formalin, Agaricus Blazei Murill, herb, etc is provided which is used by being contained in a mesh type sheet to apply to body and effective for prevention and treatment of joint disease and skin disease caused by sudok(Korean native name, a kind of waste matter which causes circulatory abnormalities such as excessive sweating, edema, cold hand and feet, stiffness and other symptoms) of human body. CONSTITUTION: This sheet composition(2) contains 30 to 50 parts by weight of pyroligneous acid power, 2.25 to 3.75 parts by weight of chitosan, 2.25 to 3.75 parts by weight of Agaricus Blazei Murill, 2.25 to 3.75 parts by weight of Rehmanniae radix, 0.15 to 0.25 parts by weight of a herb, 3.75 to 6.25 parts by weight of formalin and 37.35 to 62.25 parts by weight of dextrin.
