Personal information of the user is up-loaded in the computer system of the information provider. The user pays a computer system rental fee of the information provider on the Internet. Enterprise information of the user is up-loaded in the computer system of the information provider. Information of the computer system of the information provider is downloaded in the computer system of the user.
