ENHANCED INOCULANT FOR SOYBEAN CULTIVATION

The present invention relates to root-knot bacterial strains specially designed to promote the development of soybeans. Multi-copy plasmids have been described to produce the antibiotic tripolytoxin. The plasmid preferably uses Sinorhizobium spp. Which can be erected in the roots of legumes. The phenotype of tripolytoxin production confers a competitive advantage to the inoculum strain by inhibiting the competitive strain. In order to promote soybean development, separate hydrogen uptake functions are also included in the inoculum in the same cynorizobium strain or in the accompanying tripolytoxin resistant strains of root-knot bacteria introduced into the same inoculum.
