Injectable graft compositions for soft tissue augmentation include elastin and collagen and biocompatible carriers. Injectable graft compositions for soft tissue augmentation are derived from the nape ligament treated to remove non-collagen and non-elastin proteins. Methods of making injectable graft compositions for soft tissue enlargement are described.
