The present invention is to allow a serial matching device for control and data transfer between a device that performs a simple function and a higher processor to perform the corresponding function without having a CPU therein, and the present invention monitors the state of an external device. When designing a board that performs simple functions such as outputting control signals to an external device, the CPU does not use an internal device, but the control signal and data are communicated through the CPU of the upper processor and UART (Universal Asynchronous Receiver Transmitter) communication. By enabling serial matching, the device configuration is simplified, easier to debug, and less likely to occur.
