PURPOSE: A system for approving a credit card and an approving method thereof are provided to reduce time for the approval of a credit card by simplifying an approval process of the credit card. CONSTITUTION: A card company server(20) includes an approval unit for deciding a requested approval from a member store(5). An approval relay server(10) includes an approval unit and a control unit. When an approval is requested from the member store and the requested amount of money is more than predetermined amount, the control unit requests an approval to the card company server(20). If the requested amount is less than the predetermined amount, the control unit requests an approval to the approval unit of the approval relay server(10). The approval relay server(10) includes a client database for storing information of defaulters of each credit card company. The information of the defaulters is supplied from the card company server(20).
