The present invention is directed to a switch panel of a typical PCB tester comprising three panel bodies with small and large holes thereon. By placing a plurality of conductive spring members in the large hole, a particular test head is mounted on one side of the switch panel and a general purpose test head is mounted on the opposite side of the switch panel. After assembly, the first pin is connected to the spring member and the second pin and the PCB is tested using a universal test head on a specific PCB tester to increase the test speed and reduce the manufacturing cost of the test head.
