The present invention is designed to more effectively remove dust and harmful components of waste gas discharged from boilers or other devices, to recover waste heat, and to prevent white smoke. A washing unit for washing the waste gas introduced into the upper portion of the pipe, the inlet pipe, an endotherm disposed above the washing unit to absorb heat of the waste gas, and low temperature water or waste gas from the upper end of the endothermic portion. And a water supply unit for supplying a mixed solution including an additive to cause a chemical reaction to remove harmful components, and an exhaust pipe for allowing the waste gas to flow out at an upper end thereof, and using the same.
