PRESSURE TRANSDUCER OF MEDIUM IN VESSEL WITH ELASTIC WALLS AND PROCEDURE MEASURING PRESSURE OF MEDIUM

FIELD: measurement technology. SUBSTANCE: pressure transducer of medium in vessel with elastic walls has body in which butt recess is made and membrane having mirror reflecting surface facing fiber-optical converter-probe of membrane displacement is anchored. Converter-probe has emitting and detecting light guides and is fixed in duct of body with clearance with reference to membrane. Enclosure is made of material whose hardness is substantially higher than hardness of elastic wall of vessel and is made fast to body coaxially to it so that it protrudes beyond body and forms protrusion which length is equal or longer than dimension of body. Axially symmetric indenter which length is equal to length of protrusion of enclosure is attached to membrane on side of protrusion so that butt of indenter and butt of protrusion contact elastic wall of vessel. Given pressure transducer can be employed to measure pressure of medium in vessel with elastic walls as well as blood pressure in blood-vessels.
