STATOR PART OF VERTICAL-SHAFT HYDRAULIC MACHINE

摘要

FIELD: hydraulic turbines mainly for small hydroelectric power stations. SUBSTANCE: stator part of hydraulic machine has stay ring, wicket-gate mechanism with top and bottom rings mounted on stay ring and provided with vanes fitted in-between, as well as headcover built integral with top ring of wicket-gate mechanism. Vanes of the latter are installed with their pins inserted in shells of wicket-gate mechanism rings and coupled with operating mechanism. Wicket-gate mechanism of such stator part has vane pins at its bottom ring protruding beyond shell bottom and carrying disk-shaped member on this end that functions as support for suspending mentioned ring when lifting wicket-gate mechanism and headcover in the course of erecting hydraulic machine which makes it possible to verify position of all stator-part components before lowering the runner into hydraulic-machine pit and to mount adjusted wicket-gate mechanism together with headcover in position after runner is placed in its scroll case and to secure it on stay ring. EFFECT: provision for verifying position of all parts of wicket-gate mechanism before lowering runner into hydraulic-machine pit. 2 dwg
