METHOD FOR PREDICTING ISCHEMIC CARDIAC DISEASE IN PATIENTS WITH CHRONIC OBSTRUCTIVE PULMONARY DISEASES

FIELD: medicine, cardiology, pulmonology, diagnostics. SUBSTANCE: a stimulating pharmacological test is conducted for the patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary diseases. The test deals with inhalation of salbutamol at the dosage of 5 mg or phenoterol at the dosage of 1 mg via nebulizer. ECG monitoring is conducted during an hour after inhalation. At stenocardial clinics and/or registration of electrographical signs of myocardial ischemia, at duration being above 1 min, the test is considered to be positive.
