FIELD: methods and devices for evaporation of components from initial multicomponent mixtures or multicomponent systems. SUBSTANCE: method and device are designed for evaporation of components from initial multicomponent mixtures or multicomponent systems at pressure below atmospheric in vacuum chamber, where separated portions of multicomponent mixture or multicomponent system are located in several tiers in circular crucibles. Component (components) boiling at lower temperature is withdrawn through respective hole for vapors. In this case, the uppermost circular crucible is closed, except for hole for vapors withdrawal. To produce products with high purity due to short ways of diffusion and high uniformity of temperatures distribution: (a)use is made of crucibles made of material which in electromagnetic alternating fields acts as heating element; (b)placed under and above stack of crucibles are heating bodies of material which in electromagnetic alternating fields also acts as heating element; (c)circular crucibles and heating bodies are heated with help of inductive coupling, particularly, (d)during time required for obtaining, at least, one of preset components of multicomponent mixture or system with purity as high as possible.
