The electro-hydraulic lowering module, to control a load moved by a hydraulic motor, has a seat valve (43) with its function integrated in the pressure balance (21). A pilot valve (23) is in the control line (24) which branches from the pressure balance, to move the slide (33) at the pressure balance between the settings to give the function of the seat valve and the load pressure compensation. The slide is sealed in a housing (25), with a sliding movement under spring (37) pressure. The seat valve has a valve cone (42) and a fixed valve seat (32).
