The motor has a secondary part material in which carbon-reinforced plastic is used. Permanent magnets are machined directly into the secondary part and encapsulated. All necessary mechanical parts can be worked into the secondary part and the secondary part is guided transversely or along the direction of motion. There is a fixed coupling between a measurement system (3) and the secondary part.
