A second actuating element (3) can be brought into engagement with the pivot element so that operation of the second actuating element causes the pivot element to pivot by moving the locking element if the first actuating element is in the operating and/or initial positions. The device has an actuating element (3) for moving a locking element (4) movable in or/and out of engagement with the first actuating element in both its operating and initial positions.
