The arrangement has at least one rotor (20,21) moved by an air flow and driving at least one generator. The rotor is mounted in a building with vertical side walls (13) with at least two external apertures (14), between which or in which the rotor sits. The building can have a number of levels (12) whose associated wall sections can have openings for rotors. Independent claims are also included for the following: the use of a building for accommodating rotors, generators, collectors or turbines of a power generating system.
