Multilayer adhesive tape with a backing based on an oriented thermoplastic film, the upper side of which may be coated with a release coating and the lower layers of which have the following layers applied: DOLLAR A a) a primer layer which has not been applied over the entire surface, the primer layer being very well anchored to the thermoplastic film, DOLLAR A b) a separating layer applied over the entire surface of the applied primer layer and the free thermoplastic film surface, the separating layer being anchored better on the primer layer than on the thermoplastic film, DOLLAR A c) a pressure-sensitive adhesive applied over the entire surface which is better anchored on the separating layer than the separating layer on the thermoplastic film, DOLLAR A d) the separating layer consisting of an acrylate copolymer dispersion with at least one further component.
