The holder for plant pots comprises a tray (18) with apertures (21) into which the pots fit. This has side strips (5, 6) mounted on pivots on vertical supports (2, 3) at the back of the tray. The supports have hooks (4) at the top which fit over, e.g. a balcony rail. Pivoting supports (8, 9) for the tray are mounted at the bases of the vertical supports. The frame is braced by diagonal bars (15, 16) between the vertical supports.
