Lightweight scaffolding board comprises a thermoplastic honeycomb core with a supporting layer of fibre composite mat, an adhesive coating for using the board, fixing elements and stacking elements
Lightweight scaffolding board has a thermoplastic honeycomb core strongly bonded with a supporting layer of fibre composite bound in a matrix, an adhesive coating for using the board, supporting elements for fixing in a scaffolding structure and stacking elements, and shows elastic moduli of 26,000-45,000 MPa for various thicknesses of supporting layer and sandwich. Scaffolding boards for lightweight construction, with an enclosed honeycomb core to increase the load-bearing capacity, in which: (a) the core (4) consists of thermoplastic material in the form of a compact component or a strongly jointed part made of semi-finished products; (b) the core is strongly bonded with a supporting layer made of fibre composite materials bound in a matrix; (c) an adhesive coating is provided for using the board; (d) supporting elements are integrated (mechanically or materially) for mounting in a scaffolding structure and stacking elements are also fitted; and (e) a modulus of elasticity of 26,000-45,000 MPa is obtained with a supporting layer thickness of 0.8-1.4 mm and a sandwich thickness of 55-60 mm.
