A person with the habit of grinding his/her teeth while sleeping can create a multitude of problems like a deformation of the upper surface of the teeth or damage of the dentin, as well as a luxation of the temporomandibular joints. A plaster (1), provided with an adhesive surface (6) and attached to the nose covering both nostrils (10), forces the person to breathe through his/her mouth. The plaster (1) can be additionally fitted with a clamping device (12) and/or small projections (11) to be inserted into the nostrils (10) for an even more effective blocking.
