Glass or glass ceramic plate for cladding facades is claimed whereby the face of the plate (I) in contact with the facade has a composite mortar layer prepared from an aqueous styrene-butadiene polymer dispersion (weight ratio styrene to butadiene of 50-70:50-30) and a mixture of cement having a fine particulate additive with a total of 10-20 volume % water and hardened on the facade plate.
