The device has a base ring of 30 cm. diameter and 6 cm. height. The outside of the ring caries a vertical, 16.5 cm. long tube with an internal diameter of 3 cm. and two supports at an angle of 45 degrees welded to the ring A 73 cm. long bolt is inserted into the tube. Further stages are built up on the bolt of similar rings to the base ring but each formed as two half circles.
