An arrangement of foils (1) with electrically-insulating properties and intermediate layers with physiologically-favorable properties, for use as an over-covering membrane intermediate layer or undercoat of a suit. Successive foils have electrically-insulating properties and inter-layers with physiologically-favorable properties (respiratory) are arranged so that the intermediate layers have sufficient direct or indirect contact with the body and/or the atmospheric environment.
