Process for supplying fuel to a premix burner for operating a gas turbine comprises introducing premix gas separately via two axially divided regions along the burner shell
Process for supplying fuel to a premix burner having a burner shell (1, 2) comprises introducing premix gas separately via two axially divided regions (S1, S2) along the burner shell, in which region (S1) is arranged upstream and region (S2) downstream. More than 60% of the total premix gas introduced via the first region is required to start up the gas turbine. For continued running up of the load of the gas turbine to full load, a gradual or continuous redistribution of the supply of premix gas to the second region (S2) is carried out. An independent claim is also included for a device for supplying fuel to a premix burner. Preferred Features: The premix gas is introduced separately and independently to the first region (S1) and the second region (S2). The premix burner has a conical shape.
