Enclosure is made from a rectangular sheet of paper or card. The sheet is divided into three rectangular fields (3-5) by transverse folding lines (1, 2). One of the outer fields is subdivided into two partial feeds (3.1, 3.2) by a glue line, with one of the outer fields, the CD-field having two further glue lines (13, 14) to form a CD-pocket. The other partial field forms an info field with a further glue line to form an info-pocket. Perforation lines (15, 16) on either side of the first fold-line (1) are provided to form rip-off strips for removal of the CD and info-sheet.
