The turbine blade has an inner curved surface (SI) producing excess pressure and an outer curved surface (Su) producing underpressure. When the position along the inner curved surface is represented by a percentage so that the position of the leading edge (LE) is 0% and the position of the trailing edge (TE) is 100%, a turning point (P) between a concave section on an upstream side and a convex section on a downstream side is provided in a region extending from a position of 80% on the inner curved surface up to a rear narrow point.
